Bellville Historical Society Presents:
Step back in time with us on Sunday, November 9 for our next BHS talk.
Our guest speaker, Frank Michel, is a Master Naturalist, local historian, and President of the Weimar Historical Society.
Drawing on his deep knowledge of early Texas life, Frank will share stories and insights about the settlers who braved the frontier — how they built homes, raised families, and carved out communities in the wilderness of Austin’s colony.
This program promises to be a vivid and engaging journey through local history, blending natural history, storytelling, and frontier ingenuity.
Whether you’re a longtime member or new to BHS, it’s the perfect chance to learn something new, meet neighbors, and enjoy an afternoon of fellowship.
This event is free and open to the public. Come for the history—stay for the fellowship!
